The Role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting capability and an AI-First workflow.

This is a high-impact client-facing role where you will:

• Design and optimize large-scale cloud environments
  

• Lead technical strategy for complex transformation programs
  

• Guide engineering teams and influence executive stakeholders
  

• Drive cost optimization initiatives across enterprise cloud estates

You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business goals into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where problems are often undefined.

What You’ll Do

Client Engagement & Solution Design

• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business and technical objectives
  

• Design cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP
  

• Translate complex technical challenges into clear solution roadmaps
  

• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency
  

Cloud Optimization & FinOps

• Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives across enterprise environments
  

• Analyze usage patterns, architecture design, and infrastructure configuration to reduce waste
  

• Implement governance and automation frameworks to ensure ongoing cost efficiency
  

Technical Leadership

• Serve as the technical authority for cloud architecture engagements
  

• Guide engineering teams on architecture patterns, infrastructure design, and delivery practices
  

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices
  

Transformation & Governance

• Lead complex cloud modernization initiatives including migrations and platform redesign
  

• Establish governance frameworks that measure progress, risk, and outcomes
  

• Drive long-term technical transformation strategies with clients
  

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  

• Partner with senior stakeholders including engineering leaders and executives
  

• Identify new opportunities to expand impact and value for clients
  

Team Development

• Mentor engineers and junior architects
  

• Share knowledge and establish internal best practices across engagements

What We’re Looking For

• Public cloud expertise – At least 7+ years working with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  

• Demonstrated ability to design solutions using an AI-first approach, integrating AI capabilities into workflows, automation, and decision-making across the architecture
  

• Proven experience designing and operating production-grade, containerized platforms using Kubernetes, ideally in a product or platform engineering environment
  

Candidates who lack meaningful cloud architecture experience or strong consulting capability will not be considered.

Technical Experience

You should bring strong experience across several of the following areas:

Cloud Architecture

• 7+ years designing and operating systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience designing large-scale, highly available architectures

• Multi-region or enterprise-scale cloud environments
  

FinOps & Cloud Optimization

• Cloud cost optimization strategies

• Infrastructure efficiency improvements

• Budget governance and cost monitoring
  

Software Development

• Experience building or maintaining production software systems

• Automation and scripting (Python preferred)
  

Cloud Transformation

• Leading cloud migrations or modernization programs

• Defining cloud governance frameworks

• Delivering multi-phase transformation initiatives

Consulting & Business Skills

Strong candidates will also demonstrate:

• Experience engaging directly with C-level stakeholders and engineering leaders

• Ability to translate technical complexity into business value

• Strong discovery and problem-framing skills

• Experience shaping solutions and guiding technical decision-making

• Strategic thinking around architecture, scalability, and long-term platform evolution
