About the role
Our client is a US-based technology company that is focused on driving the next generation of vehicle and mobile technology, and we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our client's Talent Acquisition team.
In this pivotal role, you won't just find candidates; you'll sculpt our client's talent landscape, igniting their growth by identifying and attracting top-tier, diverse, and passive talent across all levels, from visionary VPs to brilliant minds in Technology, Product, Non-Tech, and Data Science.
Forget the conventional; we're seeking a creative talent who can blend traditional sourcing with groundbreaking techniques. You'll leverage cutting-edge tools like LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and CRM, while driving efforts through strategic market research, engaging event-based hiring, and your own unique, creative approaches.
This isn't just about filling roles; it's about making a profound impact. As a strategic sourcing expert, you'll be at the forefront of our client's candidate development initiatives, directly engaging with potential candidates while also empowering our client's stakeholders to cultivate their own talent networks and become magnets for top talent.
What You’ll Do (the impact you'll make)
- Deliver: Be the architect of our client's talent pipeline, delivering high-quality technical, non-technical, and leadership talent that will drive our client's mission forward
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage insights and analytics to craft sourcing strategies that are as effective as they are innovative.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, guiding them to amplify their talent attraction efforts and make winning hiring decisions.
- Deep Dive into Our Client's World: Immerse yourself in the client's business, becoming an ambassador for their mission, strategy, and values.
- Innovate and Inspire: Serve as a thought leader, constantly identifying and implementing groundbreaking sourcing strategies and tools.
- Master Storyteller: Weave compelling narratives about our client's mission and opportunities, captivating candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Implement strategic initiatives, conduct cutting-edge research, and anticipate market trends to keep our client at the forefront of talent acquisition.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- Location and availability: you can live anywhere in the Americas (North, Central or South America). Work hours will be regular office hours on the EST Time Zone (New York time, for example).
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: your passion and proven track record speak volumes.
- 1-3 years of related recruiting experience: you've already made your mark, and you're ready for your next big challenge.
- Business or Technical Acumen: You speak the language of our client's business and understand the technical intricacies of the roles you source for.
- Fast and Flexible: The talent landscape moves quickly, and so do you. You adapt with agility and embrace change.

Our recruitment process

- Screening interview with the client's hiring manager
- A second interview with the client (to be determined)
